    Distributing the players:- Distributing players in 4 equal teams randomly would be a good idea. But I think you would have to leave the nationality out of it, so it would not be a team RU, EN, DE, and PL, but team A, B, C, and D. This is simply because some players would not like to support a faction that they don't have any ties with. People would complain that they wanted to support their home RU faction, but they were forced to support EN, DE or PL for example. Perhaps I would also limit the time period in which players can join the factions to 2 or 3 days. So no one can mult later when they see some other faction is performing far better. And perhaps if you would want to go this equal way, distribute the players also by their rank as well. So it does not happen that one faction has the majority of legends, for example, while other has only WOs. Voting impact of war:- Many tankers are just playing with the votes and not taking seriously about that, Hence some concern is to be shown on that. Just for 3 containers for 200 kills, they are doing this payment. Personal kill quota, Where a green bar appears on side of the tank or on top of the tank where it counts the kill quota and once it reaches the kill quota, the person receives the reward after he cast his vote. Paints play a major role, People wearing the paint gives chances of doubling the no of kills in rare cases like 2-10% of chance to encourage wearing the paint. Maps:- Pretty much, in last war, some maps are left all alone. The bonuses were wasted on few maps. A lot of the territories were totally empty, so there wasn't much purpose to go after them other than to get to the bonus areas. Once you captured those there wasn't anywhere to go other than for the resources near the rocket area. That's probably one reason why the War ended sooner than expected. On one hand, I understand this might have been a purpose. Players and factions would have to decide if they want to sacrifice one attack on empty territories to get the bonus or ignore the bonus and focus fully on getting resources. Still, I think there were way too many areas without any point, like the corner territories (Kungur, Pass, Polygon, Desert, Stadium, Boombox, Scope, Subway, Wolfenstein, Magistral, Chernobyl, Highways and many more). If you left them out, nothing would probably change. By forcing players to get 5 maps to conqueror their rocket, this problem won't be troubling us. Capitals:- This is the main problem, They should be placed the very far edge of the map. 2 capitals are enough because 1 can aim for bonuses as well as the rocket. So, the problem arises in voting, well the voting should make 2 votes with target 300 kills where 100 kills rewards you 1 container. Hence, the problem is solved. Private chatting system:- Instead of forums, the chat is necessary to understand the knowledge between teammates and come to conclusion. The chat should place in special war website where people often use the site for casting votes and if they see the chat, they start to chat with others and get the knowledge to where to cast vote.
