There are many free to use screen recorder which takes very less load on pc (little to no fps drop) YouTube is a free platform so anyone can upload video on youtube to share. Even in famous contest like Master of Parkour, Parkour Survival, Video of the Week & YouTuber Digest, people are required to submit a video to participate. Adding these 2 rules gives full power in the hands of judges and it also protects the competition against people exploiting the rules and loopholes.
