Its been like this for a week now. It doesn't say I was banned and it says its blocked. I was wondering for how long will the block persist and the reason for it? I have wrote an email to them, the initial response was in 2 days and asked me to answer some question about the account, like how many devices do you play on or when was the account created. I assumed the questions were asking the legitimacy of ownership of this account because when searched up google about this issue the first thing that popped out was about misuse of accounts... Can someone help? I didn't cheat, I didn't exploit, it just happened when I started playing daily...
